I am getting a 404 or 500 error on TopCMA!

If you're getting an error code when generating your TopCMA, try the following:

• Ensure all required information is entered if you are including a subject property

• Ensure all comparable properties used have geo coordinates added to them

• Use the latest version of Google Chrome. You may view how to install google chrome at: https://www.google.com/chrome/

• If you are experiencing issues with downloading google chrome, please check https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346

• Make sure that all extensions are disabled including any ad-blocker software

• Check to make sure your operating system is up to date
