When I click "exclude listing" for one of my selected comparable TopCMA listings, it doesn’t appear to work.

Once you click "EXCLUDE LISTING," make sure it is highlighted in red so that it will not show up as a comparable listing. You could also remove a listing by clicking on "# Paste MLS® IDs" and removing the MLS® ID # you would like to exclude from your CMA.
