Once you’ve done your comparable properties search on the MLS® search page, click on “Graph” at the bottom right corner.
Click on “Get Started”
On the top right side of the graph, you have the option to change the graph time frame. The information displayed is based off of your MLS® search. The time frame you select will also change the display of your graph. It could increase, decrease or remain steady at different points. Here are your time frame options:
Last Month - Weekly: Shows the market insight on a weekly basis for last month
Last Quarter- Weekly: Shows the market insight on a weekly basis for last quarter
Last 6 Months- Weekly: Shows the market insight on a weekly basis for the last 6 months
Last 12 Months - Weekly: Shows the market insight on a weekly basis for the last 12 months
Last Year - Monthly: Shows the market insight on a monthly basis for last year
Last 3 Years- Monthly: Shows the market insight on a monthly basis for the last 3 years
Last 5 Years- Monthly: Shows the market insight on a monthly basis for the last 5 years
Last 5 Years- Yearly: Shows the market insight on a yearly basis for the last 5 years
Last 10 Years- Monthly: Shows the market insight on a monthly basis for the last 10 years
Last 10 Years - Yearly: Shows the market insight on a yearly basis for the last 10 years
