Market Reports enables real estate agents to prepare and render real estate market reports to PDF format. Integrated into their MLS® search function, members of the real estate board can create these reports based on their exact MLS® search. Members can drill down by inventory type such as attached or detached homes, as well as by area- whether that be a custom drawn polygon on the Collaborate service or a preset district or neighbourhood in Collaborate or the Stratus dashboard. Members of the real estate board will also have the freedom to customize the look and feel of each report to match the branding of their real estate business and select their report layout and design. Once a market report has been created there will be several options presented to the user as to how they would like to share, publish, download, or print their report.
