TREB members will have access to Market Trends free of charge. Market Trends are graphs that visualize the MLS® data. Metrics include total listings, total sales, average sale price, median list price, average days on market, etc. Graphs of these metrics can be rendered using a monthly or weekly resolution and can be printed or exported to a PDF format, shared on social media, and embedded onto a website.
